Marisela Alvidrez is the founder, creator, and ongoing inspiration behind Bold Envision.
As a single mother of two gorgeous children Marisela put herself through college by making sure she was still compliant with her mother, school, and work duties. Twenty-four years ago, she found her other half and remarried to a wonderful GOD sent man who she now calls her husband. Through the act of marriage Marisela’s family grew immediately, she is now a mother of 5 children, 2 biological, 2 by marriage, and 1 adopted. She is also a mother of 3 fur babies that accompany her on her daily long walks.
Marisela has extensive Leadership experience and dedicated 20+ years of her life to corporate industry as a transformation leader. As the Director of the T. S. Department she concentrates on facilitating the personal and professional growth of her staff members by creating a vision based on identified needs, goals and inspirations of her team members. Her focus is to bring out the best of each team member, guiding them through goals and obstacles, creating opportunities for growth and creative thinking, being inclusive of a variety of opinions and ways of thinking by removing favoritism from the equation. She leads by example and encourages collaboration and gives her team autonomy to do their job.
She strongly believes communication is the answer to most human created problems in the workforce, she encourages two-way communication, focuses on being supportive, involves lots of constructive feedback, and is known to lead by example.
